"I had a great experience from the very beginning, when I received a call back on the same day that I left a message – honestly, when is the last time you had a service provider return your call same day? Ernie scheduled a day and time for John to visit me with samples. John called to confirm and showed up on time. We looked through several books of samples, I made selections, and he measured the windows. It was a bit complicated because I have casement windows in the sunroom that we open during nice weather. I placed my order, and John returned to install the new window treatments. He did a great job, and he was so nice to work with – truly consultative, not at all salesy. I am so pleased with my new window coverings. Beautiful quality. I highly recommend this local family-owned business."
