Q. How does my shop at home experience work?
A. When you call Blinds in Motion, we’ll schedule an appointment with you to bring our mobile showroom to your location whether it’s at your home or commercial business. We professionally measure your windows for you and show you what your favorite shutters and blinds will look like in the environment they will be installed. You’ll have a free estimate from your consultant and professional installation. We can fit any windows you may have including odd-shaped or sized windows.
Q. Am I obligated to buy if I shop at home?
A. No, there will be no fee if you decide not to choose our window treatments. Our mobile consultants will gladly show you samples from our mobile showroom! We know you’ll find our window blind company will bring you the best in services and be the most affordable in Michigan!
Q. What if I don’t know what will look best in my space?
A. No problem! Our professional consultation will be handled by an experienced design consultant who will help you choose the right options. We have photos and books to show you if necessary and hand samples that we can put right in your window to help you decide.
Q. How long does it take to get my new window treatments after I order?
A. In most cases, your products will take about two weeks to arrive. Some custom-built shutters can take six to eight weeks to get.
Q. Do I have to install my window treatments myself?
A. No, our professional installers will install your treatments at no additional charge.
Q. What if I have a problem with my window treatments?
A. You’ll have no trouble with returns. Our manufacturers give a limited lifetime warranty for most of our products. We ship your treatments back to the manufacturer for you and can fix most problems right in your home or commercial business. For the first year, we will service your treatments for free. After this, there will be a nominal service charge.
