Q. How does the shop at home service work?
A. It’s easy. First we set up an appointment then we come right to your home or business and professionally measure your windows for you. After you select what type of treatment’s you would like, we will give you a free estimate.

Q. What if I’m not sure what I want?
A. No problem. We will help you. We have plenty of books and pictures and we even have hand samples that we can put right in your window to help you decide

Q. Once I decide to order, how long does it take?
A. Most products take about two weeks, some custom built shutters can take six to eight weeks to get.

Q. Do I have to install my treatments myself?
A. No. A professional installer will install your treatments at no additional charge.

Q. What if I have a problem with my treatments?
A. No problem.  Most of our products come with a limited lifetime warranty right from the manufacturer. We can fix most problems right at your home, if they need to be shipped to the manufacturer we will do that for you. We will service any treatment we sell for free for the first year, after that there will be a nominal service charge.

A. Blinds in Motion has been in business since 1995. Since then we have done over 4600 installations and have an A rating from the BBB.  We are a family owned business that prides ourselves in selling quality products at fair and reasonable prices. Almost all of the products we sell are made in the USA, and many right here in Michigan. We will never compromise our customers by selling inferior pre-made products made in other countries. We are very proud to say that about 80% of our business comes from repeat customers and word of mouth.
